Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule cargo van deliveries across the United States
  • Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profitability
  • Monitor driver progress and resolve any issues that arise during transit
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all shipments
  • Use logistics software to optimize routes and schedules

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics or dispatching preferred
  • Basic English skills for communication with brokers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

Compensation
